Shipping Policy

When do you ship orders?

We fulfill orders Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) All orders are hand delivered to the Post Office in the afternoon. Due to us being full time students. Our shipping times can range from 1-2 weeks. Generally, we try to ship out our orders as fast as we can. If you have any questions about when you will recieve your order feel free to email us at [email protected] before placing your order.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will get an email with a shipping confirmation sent to the email provided during checkout. The email will include a tracking number so you can track your items.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship all packages using USPS. 
 

Do you ship internationally? 

I am so sorry but we do not do international shipping. We only ship in the US and it's territories. Again, I am so sorry for any inconvenience. 

 
SpookyDinos is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or re-routed shipments, PLEASE make sure your address is correct when you place your order. If you notice any mistake PLEASE reach out ASAP. So we can correct it.  Once your order ships, Spookydinos is not responsible for package delays or lost packages.  Any orders that are returned to us, due to an incorrect shipping address, will incur additional shipping charges to re-ship.
